Our Plaques measure approximately 15cm and are all natural slate so each heart may vary slightly in size and colour (ranging from a shade of white to light grey).

This item can be completely personalised. Just let us know when purchasing. Please note: the more text requested the smaller it will become (there isn't really a limit to the amount of text.
